Hiboy 1-Year Warranty

All Hiboy products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

Warranty Target Audience

1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
   

 Batteries

1. It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
2. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
3. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through Hiboy. and submitted to support@hiboy.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@hiboy.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hiboy within 1 year of initial purchase.

Hiboy will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@hiboy.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, Hiboy will only provide free replacement parts.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hiboy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hiboy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

30 Days Return Policy

All Hiboy products (excluding accessories purchased separately) are covered by our manufacturer’s 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner, protecting against all manufacturing defects. The following terms apply to returns and refunds within the 30-day policy:

1. Return Requirements

• All accessories must be included in the return.
  
• Original packaging is required for the return.
  

2. Refund & Replacement Execution Timing

• Refund: Processed upon receipt of the returned package (when the customer returns the product to our warehouse).
  
• Replacement: Processed upon receipt of the returned package (when the customer returns the product to our warehouse).
  

3. Delivery Costs Refund

• For non-defective products or products no longer needed: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A shipping fee of €50 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
  
• For defective products: Hiboy is responsible for return shipping costs.
  

4. Refund Time Limit

• After 30 days, a full refund will not be accepted. The refund will be 50% (depending on the actual problem and situation). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
